The approached warmth of the host Emma, coupled with fresh pastries and fruit for breakfast at Little England Retreats.
The hut was chilly upon arrival, but heating options like underfloor heating helped to warm it up quickly.

More fun than I expected!
Our stay was blissful! The yurt was clean and spacious, featuring a comfy double bed and a coffee machine. Emma’s breakfast delivery was a delightful treat with fresh pastries and fruit. The vibrant games barn was just the cherry on top! I can't wait to plan our next trip back!

The double room featured a shared bathroom that was clean and accommodating, making it a decent spot for a solo traveler to rest.
Water supply at the hut would have been useful. shower and toilet setups are across the garden, which can be inconvenient. Breakfast options are quite basic, with no local cafes or shops nearby—Langport or Bridgewater are your closest bets for supplies. My elderly parents found the lack of an oven a bit challenging, though there were alternatives like a hob and outdoor barbecue.

we had an amazin stay at little england retreats! emma was super friendly and the breakfast was just awsome, love those fresh pastries. the yurt was clean and cozy, perfect for a weekend getaway. the garden area was so peaceful and chill for hangin out. loved the games barn for evening fun too!
one downside was that the shared bathroom was a bit of a walk from the yurt, and it would be helpful to have a tap near the hut.

The comfortable shepherd hut offered a cozy retreat with a lovely balcony and effective heating. The well-equipped communal kitchen had everything needed for self-catering, and the fresh homemade pastries in the breakfast hamper were a delightful bonus. the setup requiring a walk to the shared bathroom was somewhat inconvenient, particularly during cooler weather. the hut felt a bit cramped for two, limiting space for luggage and personal items.
